What is Mandelbread, you ask? Mandelbread, a traditional Jewish cookie similar to Biscotti, has been a beloved treat since the 19th century.

With over 25 years of experience baking this special delicacy for family and friends, I’ve decided to share the love with everyone in Southeast Michigan. I’m taking this opportunity to pursue my true passion and provide delectable Mandelbread to the community!
